This friendly Mexican restaurant is typical back-country plain to look at, with narrow sand-covered parking area next to the road. The menu is extensive and inexpensive. One large table for group of 8, several tables for 4, I'd guess it can accommodate a group of 12 to 15 spread around. Regulars are a few locals, also friendly, and Border Patrol agents.
I had the pollo asado plate with guacamole, beans & rice, which was good, as were the home-made green and red salsas. The service was fast with only 6 customers. I'll go back and try other menu items. Hat-tip to Chris for this one.
