Pine Valley Day - East County.
Although Pine Valley Day is not a motorcycle event, Pine Valley is still a great place to ride to! Be sure to start off the day with breakfast burritos at the Pine Valley Clubhouse from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Following that is the Pine Valley Parade, the best parade in the San Diego back country. The parade begins at 9:00AM and makes its way along Historic Old Highway 80. Following the parade, mosey-on-down to the Pine Valley County Park. Here you will find craft vendors, food, and fun. We’ve also rounded-up two of San Diego County’s hottest bands, Southbound Jonny and The HonkyTonk Kings. And what would Pine Valley Day be without the famous deep pit BBQ dinner cooked to perfection and served to you by the Mountain Empire Men’s Club? Ride for the Cause - Central San Diego.
Sweetwater Harley Davidson and Sweetwater HOG are sponsoring a 100-mile charity cycle ride and barbecue. All proceeds will benefit the new Ronald McDonald House opening in June.
The ride will begin at the Sweetwater Harley Davidson in National City and conclude with a barbecue and multiple prizes at the Ronald McDonald House in Kearny Mesa, across from Rady Children’s Hospital. High Hand will win A Night on the Town package, valued at $500, and Low Hand will take home a $100 Entertainment Package.

Every Saturday morning (mostly, or at teast 95% of the time), 10-15 riders/bikes meet at The Waterfront, the oldest bar in San Diego. Its on Kettner near Grape close to the airport. We meet at 7:15AM, they hold the back room for us. The food is greasy, the waitresses are bosomy and they serve Bloodys if you are of that sort at that early time. Bike parking is free (if you get there early enough to grab a non-metered spot.The parking enforcement officers are ruthless. If you do grab a metered spot, bring quarters after 8AM.We are the Perros Viejo Motorcycle Club( a subsidiary of San Diego ANtique Motorcycle Club but open to all) and all types of bikes are welcome, as are all types of riders.Come grab some greasy food ( the posole is the best in town) and have some brilliant bike chat.
